1. Eligibility

• Students from Class 1 to 10 are eligible to participate.

• Participation is open to students from all boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board).

• Schools or individuals must complete registration before the specified deadline.

2. Registration & Fees

• Registration is considered valid only after successful fee payment.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer.

• Rejoice Scholars reserves the right to reject incomplete or invalid applications.

3. Examination Format

• Olympiads may be conducted in online or offline mode depending on availability and school choice.

• Students must follow exam instructions and maintain honesty throughout the process.

• Any use of unfair means may lead to disqualification without prior notice.

4. Results & Awards

• Evaluation will be based on automated or manual processes, depending on the Olympiad type.

• Certificates, medals, prizes, and scholarships will be awarded based on merit and ranking criteria.

• Rejoice Scholars’ decision regarding results and awards will be final and binding.

5. School Collaboration

• Schools registering in bulk must ensure accurate student data and communication with parents.

• Rejoice Scholars will provide schools with a dashboard to track registrations, performance, and reports.

6. Use of Student Information

• By registering, students and schools agree to allow Rejoice Scholars to use performance data for academic analytics and promotional content (no personal data will be disclosed without consent).

• Photographs, award events, and testimonials may be used for educational and marketing purposes.

7. Technical Requirements

• Students participating online must ensure a stable internet connection and device compatibility.

• Rejoice Scholars will not be responsible for technical issues arising from the user’s end during exams.

8. Changes and Cancellation

• Rejoice Scholars reserves the right to update, reschedule, or cancel any exam or event due to unavoidable circumstances.

• Any change will be communicated via registered email/mobile or website updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Rejoice Scholars will not be responsible for any indirect loss, technical failure, or inconvenience caused during participation.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the registration fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
